DISSOLVEA (2018)

As afashion designer, the final work created is ready-to-wear deluxe clothing. The clothing consists of 3 looks using fabric manipulating techniques with the development of embroidery techniques using water-soluble materials (materials that can dissolve in water). Water soluble material is a material made from Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA). This material has the advantage of being able to dissolve when exposed to water. Water-soluble material is used as an alternative material to replace fabric, which is used as a medium in making embroidery. The anatomy of the arteries and veins in the human body inspired the choice of embroidery motifs. can change the content or just delete it
