Le.luas.a is a collaborative work between the Yogjakarta Nalitari Community and Widi Asari, a fashion designer from Bandung. They agreed to create a dance work with the keywords 'comfort' and 'diversity.' Comfort is a basic need for the body. And clothes are the closest space to the human body. How can each diversity of the human body have and feel comfortable in its own and other people's clothing? In 'Le.Luas.a the Nalitari dancers will present the most comfortable clothes from their wardrobe as a comfortable space to move, choose them, put them on, take them off, and try on other people's clothes selected by other people.
